Puttshack, the world’s first and only upscale, tech-infused mini golf experience, will be elevating gameplay to new heights by opening their 19th venue and first in Minnesota, complete with globally-inspired food & beverage, in Edina, Minn., beginning Oct. 9.
The new 25,000 square foot social entertainment venue is located at Southdale Center, quickly becoming the Twin Cities’ go-to shop, dine, play destination. The newest Puttshack will feature four highly competitive, tech-driven nine-hole mini golf courses powered by the brand’s leading proprietary Trackaball™ technology, which elevates the game play by keeping track of your score. The space has two full-service bars, a private event space, and an expansive outdoor patio with seating for up to 100 guests and will feature a mural by local artist Molly of Made by Molly Jo.
“We're thrilled to bring Puttshack to Minnesota for the first time, and specifically to be joining a vibrant community like Edina in the historic Southdale Center. Our unique blend of high-tech mini golf, globally-inspired cuisine, and hand-crafted drinks creates an unparalleled experience. As a perfect setting for happy hours with friends, memorable date nights, late-night adventures, company outings, and family fun, we can’t wait to bring everyone in to play,” says Logan Powell, Puttshack CEO.
“Upscale, experiential brands like Puttshack are exactly the type of stand-out offering we’re committed to bringing to this community as we reach the apex of the progressive transformation of Southdale Center,” said Southdale General Manager Judy Tullius.
Combined with the one-of-a-kind gameplay is a thoughtfully-curated culinary experience that is a result of meticulous hands-on research by Puttshack’s experienced food and beverage team. The globally-inspired menu includes several nods to local flavors, representative of the Minneapolis region including the Pierogi flatbread, featuring roasted garlic bechamel, sliced potato, roasted chicken, smoked Gouda and mozzarella cheese. Not to be missed is the Minnesota Tailpipe, a chicken & wild rice soup-inspired spring roll served with a poblano cheese dipping sauce. Puttshack takes great pride in supporting the local communities it calls home, and will be proudly supporting Ruff Start Rescue by donating $1 from every Tailpipe sold at their Edina location.
Also available to Puttshack guests in Edina is a full-service bar serving up craft cocktails, mocktails, and beer, including locally brewed options from Fulton Brewing, Surly Brewing Co., Summit Brewing Company and Grain Belt. The blend of these aspects, along with best-in-class hospitality, results in a dynamic, upscale vibe that is perfect for friends and families of all ages.
Puttshack’s Edina opening marks the first location in Minnesota, further extending the brand’s presence in the U.S. as its 15th U.S. venue and 19th worldwide.
