Every Monday between June 3, 2024 and August 26, 2024, Puttshack US Inc., 303 W Erie St #600, Chicago, IL 60654 (the “Puttshack”) holds a contest of skill (the “Contest). Winners are chosen based on skill as determined by players’ scores from one round of 9-hole mini golf. Any player who scores 550 points or more in one round of 9-hole mini golf will be deemed a winner. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY (1) THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN (“Official Rules”); (2) PUTTSHACK’S TERMS OF PLAY THAT CAN BE FOUND HERE: HTTPS://WWW.PUTTSHACK.COM/TERMS-OF-PLAY; AND (3) PUTTSHACK’S PRIVACY POLICY THAT CAN BE FOUND HERE: HTTPS://WWW.PUTTSHACK.COM/PRIVACY-POLICY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, YOU AUTHORIZE PUTTSHACK TO CONTACT YOU FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES AND TO CONTACT YOU REGARDING THE CONTEST USING ANY CONTACT INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED. Who Is Eligible The Contest is open to persons who: (i) are legally and physically residing in one of the states that has a Puttshack location; (ii) have a valid email address and provide the email address to Puttshack; (iii) have signed up for Puttshack perks and are pre-registered into their account prior to the start of their game of 9-hole mini golf (iv) are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of participation in the Contest*; and (v) are not a current status holding members of the PGA TOUR and LPGA TOUR unless Puttshack has granted a waiver. *Eligible minors (persons under the age of 18 but over the age of 13) are eligible if they meet the other eligibility requirements and have permission from a parent/legal guardian to participate in the Contest. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest: Puttshack’s officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and any of their immediate family members (defined as biological or step-mother/father, sister, brother, daughter, son, dependent or spouse of any of the foregoing) and any of their household members (defined as persons living in the home of any of the foregoing), regardless of where they live. In addition, persons who Puttshack is prohibited from allowing to participate in the Contest under applicable law are NOT eligible. How to Play the Contest To play in the Contest and be eligible to win the prize, each player must play a full round of 9-hole mini golf at any Puttshack location in the United States. Players must abide by Puttshack’s Terms of Play and play fairly. Ordinary fees and charges will apply. A round of 9-hole mini golf can cost up to $18/person. The Contest is run weekly on Mondays during operating business hours. When an eligible player completes a round of 9-hole mini golf at a Puttshack location, that player is entered into that week’s Contest. All dates the contest is active and players are able to participate are as follows:
- June 2024: 3, 10, 17, 24
- July 2024: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
- August 2024: 5, 12, 19, 26
The Rules You must play the game of 9-hole mini golf fairly and only by attempting to hit the ball with a putter from the starting area on each hole (marked by screens throughout the course) to the cup for that hole. You may not advance the ball towards the cup by any other means including picking up the ball and rolling or throwing it towards the cup. Pay attention to the screens – they will guide you through the game. Place your ball on the black circle at the start of each hole and get ready to hit when the light goes green.
Puttshack reserves the right to review camera footage to confirm rules have been abided by and game was only played as stated.
The Scoring
Here's a breakdown of how much points are worth.
1) Hole In One: +50 Points | 2 Shots: +40 Points | 3 Shots: +35 Points | 4 Shots: +30 Points | 5 Shots: +25 Points | 6 Shots: +20 Points | 7 Shots: +18 Points | 8 Shots: +16 Points | 9 Shots: +15 Points | +10 Shots: +15 Points
SUPERTUBES: Supertubes earn you extra points and increase the odds of a hole in one.
BONUS POINTS: Play smart and look out for ways to earn sneaky bonus points in every game. The screens and signs on the course will provide you information on how to earn these bonus points.
HAZARD TRAPS: Watch out for hazard traps. If you hit a hazard trap, you lose points.
THE PRIZE WHEEL: On each Puttshack course there is a prize wheel. When each player spins the prize wheel, they have a chance to win cool prizes but will only get the prize if they score a hole-in-one on the prize wheel hole. Prizes on the prize wheel include a chance at bonus points to add to your score.
If your prize wheel spin lands on a chance at bonus points and you hit a hole-in-one on that hole, your score will increase more than earning a regular hole-in-one. This means you can score higher than the usual maximum—but only if you are skilled enough to score a hole-in-one on the prize wheel hole.

Players may only use a putter provided by Puttshack.
How to Win
Your score for each Puttshack game and location is automatically tallied by our state-of-the-art software.
At all U.S. Puttshack locations, players with a single game score totaling 550 points or more on Mondays during the contest period are deemed winners.
Players are eligible to win one time during the full contest period. If a player scores 550 points or more during multiple games, the player will only receive (1) prize.
The Prize
Puttshack will award a prize to any eligible player who score 550 points or more in a single 9-hole mini golf game. The winners at each Puttshack location will receive a digital gift card sent to the email address they provided to Puttshack when they registered their Puttshack Perks account. The prize will be distributed the day after the day of contest. Each winner will receive (1) $50 Puttshack digital gift card.

How to Claim the Prize
Every Tuesday, from June 4, 2024 through August 27, 2024, Puttshack will email players who scored 550 points or more in a single game of 9-hole mini golf, notifying them of winning.
If a player scores 550 points or more in a single game of 9-hole mini golf, you should receive an initial email notifying you of winning, and a second email with the prize. If you do not receive these communications, please check your spam folder.
Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. All decisions are final. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the responsibility of the winner.
If any winner is under 18 years of age (where entry by persons under 18 is permitted), Puttshack may, at its sole discretion, award the prize to the winner’s parent or guardian (who is over 18 years old).
If the award of the prize to any winning player would violate any state or federal rules or regulations, then that winning player is automatically no longer eligible to receive the prize. If any score or prize is ineligible or if any prize is unclaimed, Puttshack may, at its sole discretion, not award the prize for that score or award the prize to the next highest scorer.
General Rules, Terms and Conditions
By entering this Contest, you release and waive any claims you may have against Puttshack, all related internet service and access provider(s) and each of the foregoing’s respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of the foregoing’s officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, agents, and assigns (collectively the "Releasees") for any and all injuries, claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind, including but not limited to attorney's fees, resulting from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or parts thereof, or participation in the Contest.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ALL LEGAL AND EQUITABLE RIGHTS RELATING TO ALL LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, SUITS, DAMAGES, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CLAIMS FOR PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL INJURY OR DISTRESS, OR ANY SIMILAR CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER KNOWN IN ANY JURISDICTION THROUGHOUT THE WORLD (COLLECTIVELY, “CLAIMS”) ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE CONTEST OR YOUR PARTICIPATION THEREIN, AND WHETHER OR NOT RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR ANY OTHER PERSON. YOU AGREE THAT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WAIVER CANNOT BE TERMINATED, RESCINDED, OR MODIFIED, IN WHOLE OR IN PART UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
If for any reason, the Contest is not run as planned, Puttshack reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest, or any portion thereof.
If for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, or if any scoring information becomes corrupted or does not allow for the proper playing or scoring of the Contest, then Puttshack reserves the right, in Puttshack’s sole discretion, to disqualify any person implicated in actions that made the Contest incapable of running as planned and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest. In the event the Contest is canceled, Puttshack reserves the right to award the prize to the next highest eligible, non-suspect score. If there are no non-suspect scores, then Puttshack reserves the right to cancel the Contest entirely and no prize will be given. If cancelation, termination, modification, or suspension occurs, Puttshack will post a notification on its website. If a player or any other individual attempts to deliberately alter a score, to cheat, or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, Puttshack reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Where a dispute arises about who recorded a score, the score will be given to the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Puttshack account that was used to record the score. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to the email address associated with the Puttshack account, which email address was assigned to that person by an internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Puttshack proof that they are the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the account.
The Releasees are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate information; human errors; technical malfunctions; an inability to access the Contest; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of scores; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost; any scores which are lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, or illegible.
False, fraudulent, unfair, or deceptive practices or acts shall render players and their scores ineligible.
ARBITRATION: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, ENTRANT AGREES THAT (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST, OR ANY PRIZES AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY FINAL CONFIDENTIAL BINDING ARBITRATION. PRIOR TO INITIATING ANY ARBITRATION, THE INITIATING PARTY WILL GIVE THE OTHER PARTY AT LEAST 60 DAYS' ADVANCE WRITTEN NOTICE OF ITS INTENT TO FILE FOR ARBITRATION. THE ARBITRATION WILL BE CONDUCTED UNDER THE CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION ("AAA") THEN IN FORCE (THE "AAA RULES"), AS MODIFIED BY THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION. YOU AND PUTTSHACK AGREE THAT THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT APPLIES AND GOVERNS THE INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THIS PROVISION. THE AAA RULES, AS WELL AS INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO FILE AN ARBITRATION PROCEEDING WITH THE AAA, APPEAR AT WWW.ADR.ORG. JUDGMENT UPON SUCH ARBITRATION AWARD MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES, OTHER THAN ENTRANT’S ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES (I.E., COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION), AND ENTRANT FURTHER WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED.
By entering the Contest, you affirm that you have read and accepted these Official Rules. The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
